When I first went into Dominion Lending for a mortgage they told me with my finances it could not be done. After being told by another broker they would do it and going back to dominion lending and informing of this they dug a little deeper and told me they could help my wife and I, too. We needed to move fast and we needed our place to be refinanced at a high price. Thankfully our offer was accepted, and fortunately our place was reappraised at a high price.This gave us a nice cushion to buy a second place. An investment home. Dominion Lending initially wanted us to have a co-signer and suggested it a number of times. We realized through the process this was something we did not want to do to someone. With a quick closing date and 5 days for financing they had to talk to a bunch of lenders. They were very knowledgeable and caught a potential problem of two places merging since I was buying my neighbours. This turned out not to be a problem. They were very kind, caring, and got excited for our purchase. They made time for us and answered any questions we had. They got good rates for us which makes us very happy. I always read the Price Team write up in the Wellington Advertiser and decided to go to the Price Team. They helped me back then and when I renewed my mortgage I left the bank and renewed with Tracy. Recently I was really feeling financially strapped. I had some debt and was basically living pay check to pay check. I needed a new roof along with some renovations on my house and had no idea how I was going to find the money. To make a long story short I went to Tracy and her team and she suggested refinancing my mortgage. I almost felt like l won the lottery all my debt is gone. I put on a new roof and still have money to do to the renovations on my house. I am no longer living pay check to pay check and the pressure is completely off. I highly recommend you go to Tracy and her team… they truly do change lives.
