As a mother, now grandmother, former journalist, small business owner, real estate investor, Tracy is now splitting her time between her homes in Florida and Fergus. Through the mentorship of her husband Ron, the combined effort of her dedicated team, her daughter Melanie who now is in charge of day to day operations , Tracy has been nationally recognized as a top broker in Canada for the past 15 years.

Sandy Billingsley
Sandy is customer oriented, driven and focused on finding a solution for everyone. She specializes in purchases, refinances, rentals, private mortgages, and construction mortgages. In stumbling upon the mortgage industry while looking for a home of her own in 2017, she became part of the Price Team. She has gained years of knowledge and has grown leaps and bounds while being mentored by one of Canada’s top brokers. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, dirt biking, and spending time with her wiener dogs Willy and Ollie.

Laurie is a life long resident of Fergus, born and raised. She started with Price Team in 2009 and has followed clients through many of their life stages. As an integral part of the team; her caring, thoughtful, and attentive client focused approach continues to help ensure every client has a smooth closing and support throughout their mortgage.
